Little Caring Staffing Agency guarantees that our pool of professionals is qualified, competent, and compassionate. To make sure that they are experienced, dedicated, and reliable, prospective employees are thoroughly vetted and screened. They also undergo drug testing and background checks per CJIS.
Our staff are independent contractors who are comfortable with any assigned tasks and have been trained appropriately and periodically to provide time management. Also, they complete mandatory in-service training including but not limited to continuing education on standard precaution, hand hygiene, prevention of abuse and neglect, customer service, effective time management, documentation, etc. They work strictly under the direct supervision of our Director of Nursing and abide by the facility’s policy and procedure.
Further, they are provided with a copy of job description per position. They also deliver services in accordance with facility policy and procedure, State laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Health Occupations article, annotated Code of the State.
